Job summary

Hempel is seeking a Payroll and P&C Operations professional to ensure accurate, on-time payroll delivery across countries. You will partner with payroll suppliers, drive process improvements, and support HR operations to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role requires Workday experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones. Hybrid work arrangement and international exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Experience with payroll processing and HR operations.
• Experience with Workday and payroll providers preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of accurate and timely payroll delivery for assigned countries.
• Investigate payroll issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with payroll suppliers and ensure high-quality service.
• Look for opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve processes.
• Support key P&C processes and enhance employee experience.
• Serve as trusted contact for employees and managers with timely support.
• Use Workday to manage employee data, process execution, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries, functions, and cultures.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives shaping Payroll and P&C Operations.
