Job summary

Planet is a global provider of integrated technology and payments solutions for retail and hospitality customers. We are hiring an HR Operations professional to deliver high-quality, timely services across markets, manage employee lifecycle, and administer HRIS and related processes.

You will handle monthly transactions, respond to employee queries, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a hybrid work environment. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services environment.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Experience with HRIS system (Workday).
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
• Able to manage workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective service delivery to all stakeholders across markets in line with agreed service level targets.
• Provide a high quality and timely comprehensive service, meeting the needs of employees in all areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare necessary documents for employees, i.e. employment contracts, addendums, etc.
• Administer the employee life cycle in accordance with corporate and local guidelines in HRIS, benefits and other systems
• Administer and manage monthly transactions - reporting, validation
• Receive and respond to employee queries via ticketing system (JIRA)
• Escalate to correct to appropriate internal and external stakeholder and track and manage response.
• Deliver transactional HR processes and services
• Deliver administrative and transactional Workday processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and standardization
• Support and provide ideas for continuous improvement activities, and HR programs
• Capture and document new procedures
• Support maintenance of documentation and knowledge materials (processes, operating procedures, FAQ, guidance, training documentation)
