Qualifications

  • Fully proficient English – B2+/C1 because you’ll be working with Ireland clients
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills when handling large volumes of financial data
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership and lead complex operational tasks and resolve issues within SLAs

Responsibilities

  • Administration of Pension Schemes for various Ireland clients
  • Involvement in process improvement and stabilization projects
  • Co-operation with the Ireland Client Team and IT Support Team
  • Provision of day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes
  • Quality control, risks, and escalations, dealing with audit results
  • Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions

What the day will look like
  • Administration of Pension Schemes for various Ireland clients.
  • Involvement in process improvement and stabilization projects.
  • Co-operation with the Ireland Client Team and IT Support Team
  • Provision of day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes related to servicing clients’ requests according to agreed procedures
  • Quality control, risks, and escalations, dealing with audit results
  • Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions
