Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking a payroll accountant with Austrian payroll experience. You will handle payroll accounting from A to Z for Austrian clients, work with various collective agreements, and ensure compliance with labor, social and tax rules.

• : Several years of experience in Austrian payroll accounting with structured working style.
• : We assume you have training in payroll accounting and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll accounting from A to Z for Austrian clients across different collective agreements.
• First point of contact for labour, social and tax law issues; communication with authorities (ÖGK and tax office).
• Handle personnel administration; prepare evaluations and statistics.
• Work on customer projects and support payroll transfer processes.
• Share knowledge with younger colleagues during training.
