You will lead payroll implementations, resolve complex issues, and support transitions while mentoring junior team members. Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP HR or TETA are valued, and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Polish payroll operations experience for 500+ employees with compliance.
• Experience leading payroll implementations and transitions.
• Multiple years in payroll or HR operations with strong performance.
• Strong Excel skills and HR systems knowledge such as SAP HR or TETA.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll processes for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Provide insights and reporting to managers for decision-making.
• Lead payroll implementations and resolve complex issues; optimize end-to-end processes.
• Support the team leader with training and guidance for junior staff.
• Prepare reports and analyses as required.
