Job summary

teamative is seeking a Senior HR and Payroll Consultant to guide clients on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, shape HR system strategy, and design integration architectures in a Polish HR landscape.

You will lead transformation initiatives, review scenarios for on-premise Sidecar vs migration to cloud, and ensure Polish payroll compliance while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Practical, documented experience in at least 3 completed SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience in at least 1 SAP ECC → S/4HANA conversion project, with CV evidence.
• Several years of experience in SAP HCM, including 2+ years on S/4HANA or SuccessFactors projects.
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration).
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM PY (Payroll), especially Polish payroll (PIT, ZUS, PPK, PFRON, bailiff attachments).
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM TM (Time Management).
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, at least Employee Central; Employee Central Payroll preferred.
• Experience with HCM SuccessFactors integrations (Cloud Integration, Integration Centre).
• Experience with HCM FI/CO integrations (Business Partner, ALE, payroll postings).
• Knowledge of the Sidecar model for on-premise HCM and HCM for S/4HANA scenarios.
• Understanding of GDPR in HR (retention, right to be forgotten, anonymisation).
• Polish: fluent/native, English: min. B2

Responsibilities

• Advising on HR system strategy and architecture.
• Supporting decisions on keeping HCM on-premise vs. migrating to SuccessFactors.
• Designing integration scenarios between HCM, S/4HANA Finance, and SuccessFactors.
• Ensuring compliance with Polish payroll and HR regulations.
• Leading configuration, integration, and migration activities across PA, PY, TM, EC, and ECP.
• Supporting HR transformation initiatives and roadmap development.
