Job summary

Morgan Philips (Hong Kong) seeks a Payroll Process Controller to join the Global HR Services Team in Warsaw. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations and contribute to automation and system improvements across the global HR function.

Responsibilities include overseeing payroll administration, acting as the main contact for employees and HR, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and regional teams to optimize processes while supporting audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration within a multinational environment.
• Experience in a payroll controlling role focusing on oversight and compliance.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Payslip, or similar global payroll platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Interest in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits administration across regions.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global and local regulations.
• Act as primary contact for employees and HR teams, resolving payroll queries.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and regional teams to optimize payroll operations.
• Manage relationships with external service providers to support payroll processing and compliance.
• Drive improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in HR/payroll systems and safeguard data integrity.
• Prepare reports on payroll and compliance matters.
• Support audits and adherence to internal controls and legal requirements.
