Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Payroll Associate in Katowice, Poland, to manage end-to-end payroll tasks for a defined client portfolio. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, process payroll data accurately, and respond to routine client queries while escalating complex issues to senior colleagues.

The role offers flexible work options with remote/hybrid working and occasional in-person integration at the Katowice site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an international environment (calculations, reports, fast-paced)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Outlook/Word)
• Experience with payroll/HR software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for a defined portfolio of clients.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor laws.
• Reconcile monthly payrolls and prepare standard reports.
• Maintain client payroll documentation and calendars for audit readiness.
• Handle routine client queries and escalate complex issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support onboarding and training of junior colleagues.
• Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and internal controls.
