Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Payroll Process Specialist to drive continuous improvements across country-specific payroll processes. You will own the change order process, gather requirements, price changes, implement updates, and train teams.

You will maintain SOPs and documentation while coordinating with client teams and design authorities. The role requires 3–5 years in payroll outsourcing, hands-on EC Payroll and Payroll Control Centre experience, and strong English plus local language skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll outsourcing in an enterprise BPO/outsourcing environment.
• Knowledge of payroll processes including payroll control centre, garnishments, and local authority reporting.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll and payroll control centre is essential.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients.
• Familiarity with SLAs and KPI measurement and reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous process improvement in country-specific processes.
• Own the change order process from requirements gathering to training.
• Maintain SOPs, WIs, guidelines and process documentation.
• Develop training materials and train junior staff.
• Interact with country teams, clients and stakeholders on standards and changes.
• Process complex payroll cases and ensure accurate statutory reporting.
• Support SAP Managed Payroll Services and global payroll integrations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational excellence.
