Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support payroll transitions for multiple countries within a global setup. You will collaborate with ABB Robotics local teams on cross-functional projects, ensuring data validation and testing are rigorous.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in payroll, proven SSC experience with outsourced models, and deep Workday expertise, including HCM and time integrations, with a strong eye for data accuracy and process controls.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on payroll experience supporting respective regions.
• Proven track record in a Shared Services (SSC) environment using a Global Vendor/Outsourced model.
• Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations).
• Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations.
• Resilience in the face of change and a consultative approach to vendor management.
