Job summary

Antal is looking for a Payroll PMO with German to lead and coordinate global payroll transformation projects, with a focus on Germany, while working remotely from Poland. You will manage projects end to end, coordinating internal teams, external partners and payroll vendors across multiple geographies, working with Finance, Payroll Operations, HR, technology teams and local stakeholders.

This is an international, diverse role with 12 months engagement and quarterly on-site workshops in Germany,

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English are required.
• Experience in payroll or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-country teams.
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects across countries.

Responsibilities

Payroll PMO with German | Remote

We're looking for an experienced Payroll Project Manager with fluent German and English to lead and coordinate global payroll transformation projects, with a particular focus on Germany.

In this role, you'll manage projects from end to end, coordinating internal teams, external partners and payroll vendors across multiple geographies. You'll work closely with Finance, Payroll Operations, Internal Controls, HR, technology teams and local stakeholders to deliver process improvements, system changes and standardised payroll solutions.
