Job summary

Antal is looking for a Payroll PMO with German to lead and coordinate global payroll transformation projects, with a focus on Germany, while working remotely from Poland. You will manage projects end to end, coordinating internal teams, external partners and payroll vendors across multiple geographies, working with Finance, Payroll Operations, HR, technology teams and local stakeholders.

This is an international, diverse role with 12 months engagement and quarterly on-site workshops in Germany,

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English are required.
• Experience in payroll or transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-country teams.
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll transformation projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and payroll vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll Operations, HR and IT across geographies.
• Drive standardisation of payroll processes and systems.
