Job summary

Alfa Laval in Krakow is seeking an HR Partner to deliver operational HR support for a key European market. You will manage Employee Lifecycle activities, work with HR Business Partners and global teams, and continuously improve HR processes and services.

You will execute HR transactions in Workday, support Time & Absence, Benefits and Separation processes, and contribute to compliant, data-driven HR operations in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Workday experience is essential; ServiceNow or similar HR case management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to employees and managers.
• Manage HR cases through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate onboarding and other Employee Lifecycle activities.
• Support Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension and Separation processes.
• Execute HR transactions in Workday and payroll systems.
• Prepare employment documentation, certificates, and HR reports.
• Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files.
• Coordinate with HR vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure processes comply with local employment legislation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

We are looking for an HR Partner Netherlands to join our growing team and take ownership of operational HR support for a key European market. You will manage Employee Lifecycle activities, work closely with HR Business Partners and global teams, and contribute to continuously improving our HR processes and services.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. The role combines hands-on HR operations with process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring compliance with local requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience

• Fluent English
• Professional Dutch language skills are an advantage
• Workday experience is essential
• ServiceNow or similar HR case management experience is an advantage
