Job summary

Alfa Laval Krakow is seeking an HR Partner Netherlands to lead operational HR support for a key European market, managing Employee Lifecycle activities and collaborating with HR Business Partners and global teams to enhance HR processes and services.

You will handle onboarding through separation, combining hands-on HR operations with process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with local requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 3+ years in HR operations or HR administration
• Experience in an HR Shared Services environment
• Fluent English and professional Dutch language skills
• Workday experience is essential
• ServiceNow or similar HR case management experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to employees and managers
• Manage HR cases through ServiceNow
• Coordinate onboarding and other Employee Lifecycle activities
• Support Time & Absence, Benefits, Pension and Separation processes
• Execute HR transactions in Workday and payroll systems
• Prepare employment documentation, certificates, and HR reports
• Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files
• Coordinate with HR vendors and internal stakeholders
• Perform data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure processes comply with local employment legislation
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience
