Job summary

Gypsy Collective is seeking a PSP Manager to own day-to-day payment operations and performance across platforms, brands, streams, and GEOs. You will monitor PSP performance, work with partners, and drive improvements in stability and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in payments, strong analytical skills, experience with fiat and crypto, and collaboration across teams including Risk, Support, Product, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as PSP Manager or similar payments role.
• Hands-on fiat, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments.
• Experience in payment monitoring and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with payment data.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
• Initiative-driven, proactive, and collaborative.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and performance of payment solutions across platforms, streams, brands, and GEOs.
• Manage communications with PSPs, payment partners, aggregators, and platform reps.
• Monitor payment method availability, stability, and KPIs; respond to issues promptly.
• Analyze performance by platform, GEO, provider, currency, and transaction type.
• Optimize payment routing, CINs, and issuer/provider-specific performance issues.
• Identify bottlenecks in deposit/withdrawal flows and coordinate resolutions.
• Lead integration and launch of new PSPs and payment methods.
• Validate cashier functionality, redirects, and currency/GEO restrictions.
• Manage incidents via Asana, Jira, and service desks; escalation and updates.
• Monitor PSP performance and trigger corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Risk, Customer Support, Product, Analytics on payment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date payment method matrix and docs.
• Prepare regular/adhoc payment performance reports and dashboards.
• Recommend solutions to improve stability, scalability, and financial performance.
