Job summary

Leadtech is seeking a senior Payments & Risk leader to optimize revenue, manage internal BUs as the payments partner, and lead two sub-teams in a fast-growing environment.

You will coordinate routing, enrichment, and APM integrations with risk, compliance, and external partners, while delivering insights through dashboards and performance reviews. This role blends strategy, operations, and people leadership in a dynamic tech setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret AR/decline models and cost-benefit analyses.
• Working knowledge of APMs, tokenization, 3DS, and dynamic routing/data enrichment concepts.
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, BI tools such as Qlik/Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• People management: goal-setting, coaching, prioritization across a small team.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Optimization: maximize payment revenue and optimize AR across PSPs and BUs.
• Account Management: act as payments partner to internal BUs and manage payment strategy onboarding for new needs.
• Team Leadership: manage two sub-teams and align goals with OKRs; coordinate escalation across teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Risk, Compliance, external orchestration partners, and BU stakeholders.
