Job summary

EuroMatch Group is seeking an experienced Payments & Reconciliation Team Lead to oversee daily financial reconciliations for online gaming operations in Warsaw, Poland. You will manage the reconciliation team, build robust controls, and liaise with PSPs, banks, and back-office records as the primary escalation point for complex discrepancies.

Qualifications

3+ years in payments, reconciliation, or financial operations; experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume e-commerce required.
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of PSP settlements, multi-currency flows, and transaction lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Lead daily reconciliations across gaming platforms, PSPs, and bank accounts (deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and balances).
Match PSP settlement reports against actual bank receipts and internal back-office records.
Review and approve daily reconciliation results, ensuring all breaks are documented, investigated, and resolved.
Supervise, train, and assign daily priorities for Payments & Reconciliation Analysts.
Establish reconciliation standards, review team output, and handle high-value or complex discrepancies.
