Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, including rejected, failed, duplicated, delayed, or unmatched transactions.
• Monitor payment processing systems for anomalies.
• Analyze data to determine the cause of exceptions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and card scheme rules.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and actions.
• Support process improvements to reduce exceptions and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on exception trends and performance metrics.
• Contribute to development of procedures and knowledge documentation.
