Job summary

EuroMatch Group is seeking an experienced Payments & Reconciliation Team Lead to oversee daily financial reconciliations for online gaming operations in Warsaw, Poland. You will manage the reconciliation team, build robust controls, and liaise with PSPs, banks, and back-office records as the primary escalation point for complex discrepancies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Payments & Reconciliation Team Lead to oversee daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily reconciliations across gaming platforms, PSPs, and bank accounts (deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and balances).

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated reconciliation tools, SQL, or BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with gaming back-office platforms, chargebacks, and alternative payment
• methods (APMs).
