Job summary

WNS is seeking an experienced P2P Manager to own end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay service delivery across a global organization. You will drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement while ensuring compliant, high-quality P2P performance.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and IT stakeholders, manage budgets, govern KPIs and SLAs, and lead transformation initiatives, coaching teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in P2P operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoice processing and disbursements.
• Experience managing global or multi-site P2P operations, ideally within a Shared Services, GBS or BPO environment.
• Experience working with outsourced/BPO partners.
• Proven track record of process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing operational budgets and achieving cost efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, internal audit and data governance.
• Experience with ERP and P2P technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa or Ariba.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working with senior Finance leaders and Finance Directors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project and change management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.

Responsibilities
