Hallomarta is looking for a Sales Specialist in Gdańsk, Poland, or remote from Poland. The role involves acquiring and managing a client base, advising caregivers interested in assignments, and maintaining regular contact with them. Candidates should have initial experience in account management or sales and be fluent in either Croatian or Polish (C2) along with good English or German. The position offers flexibility to work in the office or remotely and attractive commissions.

Formación

• Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care.
• Enjoy making phone calls and have a friendly demeanor.
• Personable, open, and communicative personality.
• Ready to learn quickly and push things forward.
• Fluency in either Croatian or Polish, and good English or German.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and manage your own client base.
• Advise caregivers who have expressed interest.
• Discuss possible care assignments with caregivers.
• Provide best practices for conflict resolution.
