Job summary

Insightland in Wrocław is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to drive client campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will build tailored social strategies, run and optimize campaigns, test formats, and collaborate with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams to maximize ROAS.

This role rewards autonomy and experimentation and offers an onsite, pet-friendly office in the center of Wrocław. If you have at least 2 years managing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing

What you’ll be doing

• Building paid social strategies tailored to clients’ business models
• Planning, running, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
• Testing new ad formats, audience segments, and creative concepts
• Optimizing campaign structures for ROAS, CPA, and overall sales performance
• Analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Reporting results and discussing performance with clients
• Collaborating with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams on cross‑channel initiatives
• Developing paid social competencies within Insightland’s service offering

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Have experience running e-commerce and sales‑driven campaigns
• Understand the importance of creative testing, funnel structure, and audience strategy in paid social
• Are comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into clear recommendations
• Think about advertising in the context of the entire customer journey
• Can confidently discuss results and recommendations with clients
• Are proactive and enjoy testing new approaches and channels
• Live in Wrocław or nearby and enjoy working on‑site
• Bonus points if you also know other paid social platforms, such as TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, or Google Ads
