Job summary

Insightland in Wrocław is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to drive client campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will build tailored social strategies, run and optimize campaigns, test formats, and collaborate with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams to maximize ROAS.

This role rewards autonomy and experimentation and offers an onsite, pet-friendly office in the center of Wrocław. If you have at least 2 years managing Meta and LinkedIn campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Experience running e-commerce and sales-driven campaigns.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Building paid social strategies tailored to clients’ business models.
• Planning, running, and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Testing new ad formats, audience segments, and creative concepts.
• Optimizing campaign structures for ROAS, CPA, and sales performance.
• Analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Reporting results and discussing performance with clients.
• Collaborating with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams on cross-channel initiatives.
• Developing paid social competencies within Insightland’s service offering.
