Job summary

Insightland in Wrocław is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to scale ecommerce sales through Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will plan, run, and optimize campaigns, test formats, and translate data into actionable client recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Experience running e-commerce and sales-driven campaigns.
• Understanding creative testing, funnel structure, and audience strategy in paid social.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Thoughtful about advertising within the whole customer journey.
• Able to discuss results and recommendations with clients.
• Proactive and willing to test new approaches and channels.

Responsibilities

• Build paid social strategies tailored to clients’ business models.
• Plan, run, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
• Test new ad formats, audience segments, and creative concepts.
• Optimize campaign structures for ROAS, CPA, and overall sales performance.
• Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Report results and discuss performance with clients.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, R&D, and Analytics teams on cross-channel initiatives.
• Develop paid social competencies within Insightland’s service offering.
