• Experience in business development or a similar B2B sales role.
• Background in packaging/paper/manufacturing industries or related sectors.
• Proven ability to initiate and develop business relationships.
• Understanding of market development and customer acquisition processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented working style.
• High level of professionalism and resilience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within target industries.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers and build a pipeline.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, LinkedIn, events and trade fairs.
• Open commercial discussions and present the company's offer.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth potential.
• Act as the main contact during early customer engagement.
• Represent the company professionally in external interactions.
• Monitor business development activity and support sales improvement.
