Job summary

Van de Velde Packaging Group is seeking a highly driven Country Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in folding board packaging with offset printing. You will leverage a deep network in beauty and food sectors to secure premium accounts and build a high-performing local sales team.

Based in Poland, you will develop country strategies, lead cross-functional collaboration with production and QA, and travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in packaging, folding board packaging and offset printing.
• Strong track record in beauty & cosmetics and food & beverage packaging markets; knowledge of requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country sales strategy to grow folding board packaging (offset printing).
• Leverage industry contacts to secure new premium accounts in beauty & cosmetics and food & beverage sectors.
• Lead, mentor and grow the local sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across relevant industries.
• Monitor market trends and adjust value propositions and pricing.
• Collaborate with production, design, QA and customer service to ensure project execution and compliance.
