Job summary

Mondi is seeking a process/engineering professional to carry out packaging-related tasks, ensure quality and safety, and drive process improvements. You will work with managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, manage improvement initiatives from concept to completion, and prepare detailed process documentation for stakeholders.

The role requires English and Polish fluency, strong analytical skills, and the willingness to work in shifts within a corrugated packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position; packaging industry is a plus.
• Technical education completed within last 2 years.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English and Polish enabling fluent communication.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Independence, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out engineering and process tasks in line with procedures, quality and safety standards for packaging process requirements.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Define, plan, and implement process development and optimization projects.
• Provide support and cooperate with department managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with production goals.
• Independently manage improvement and innovation projects from concept to completion with measurable business impact and cost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports, process documentation, and summaries for internal stakeholders and management.
