Job summary

ABB in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to bridge IT and business. You will analyze data, translate requirements, and support decisions for IS solutions in an Agile, cross-functional setup. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 2+ years of relevant experience are required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
• Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
• Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
• Working in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team’s activities.
