Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-visibility transformation project focused on P&C (Hire to Retire) processes and payroll. You will map and design processes for a new organization, coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive project execution.

You will drive governance, planning and execution tracking, manage risks, track commitments, and prepare executive-level updates while supporting issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within transformation projects.
• Experience working with P&C / HR processes, particularly Hire to Retire and/or payroll.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to drive decisions, challenge stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
