Qualifikationen

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Current studies or degree in HR/BA/Economics or related field.

Aufgaben

• Support employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other P&C systems.
• Assist onboarding, employee changes and compensation & benefits processes.
• Support reporting, process improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with P&C professionals across teams and locations.
