Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Economics or related field.
• Demonstrates logical and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong teamwork approach.
• Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and German at communicative level.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes for 14 WE markets.
• Maintain supplier and business requests.
• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts.
• Review overdue vendor balances and take action.
• Assist with Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt account reconciliation.
• Learn tools like Excel, SAP, SharePoint, BI.
