Job summary

Carlsberg Shared Services is looking for a motivated P&C Operations Intern in Poznań to support our international team. You will work with colleagues across countries and gain hands-on experience in People & Culture processes.

You will handle employee lifecycle tasks, data maintenance in SAP SuccessFactors, onboarding support, and contribute to reporting and process improvements within a dynamic, English-speaking workplace. Hours: at least 30 per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Pursuing or having a degree in HR, Business, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other P&C systems.
• Assist onboarding, changes and Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Support reporting, process improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with P&C professionals across teams and locations.
