Job summary

Carlsberg Group is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist in Poznań to support the Group Legal & Compliance function. You will manage invoices, POs, and payment docs for external legal services, while administering CLM, registers and document management tools, and data preparation for reports.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, assist with training on tools, and help drive standardized processes across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, finance/procurement, Legal Operations or project coordination.
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Financial administration: invoicing, Purchase Orders, and payment documentation for external legal services.
• Administering and improving Legal Operations systems and document management tools.
• Maintaining legal information, registers and documentation for governance.
• Data collection, validation, and Power BI reporting support.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and training on Legal Operations tools.
