Job summary

EY Poland is looking to join its OT/IoT Security Hub to help clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow solutions for OT Visibility, OT Service Management, SecOps, and OT Risk Management in the EMEIA region.

You will lead design workshops, help establish OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog, mentor the implementation team, and ensure quality through testing and integration work, while leveraging EYQ and AI-powered tools to deliver innovative client solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
• Motivation; Willingness to learn new things; Problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Readiness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management.
• Help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area.
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team.
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services as well as ensure quality assurance support to the Development and Implementation team.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new solutions build on top of ServiceNow platform.
