EY Poland invites experienced professionals to join the OT/IoT Security Hub, delivering ServiceNow-based solutions for OT visibility, service management, SecOps, and risk management across the EMEIA region. You will lead workshops, design OT CMDB, and mentor implementation teams in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (CMDB/ITOM/ITSM/SecOps/IRM).
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English. Readiness to work in a multinational, multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops for OT operations management and OT service management.
• Help establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in manufacturing.
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to the ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber implementation team.
• Deliver configuration and integration services and ensure QA support to the development team.
• Plan and coordinate testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles.
