Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced OT/IoT Security specialist to join our EMEIA Security Hub. You will help plan, design and implement ServiceNow manufacturing solutions focusing on OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, SecOps and IRM, with a strong emphasis on risk and incident response.

You will lead workshops, support CMDB and service catalog development, mentor the implementation team, and ensure quality throughout testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM.
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts.
• Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in OT operations management and service management.
• Help clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog.
• Provide expert support and mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber implementation teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services and ensure QA support to development teams.
• Plan and coordinate testing, acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
