Job summary

EY Poland seeks a ServiceNow-focused consultant to drive OT/IoT security solutions across the EMEIA region. You will lead workshops, design OT CMDB and Service Management processes, and mentor the manufacturing cyber solution team. EY’s AI-enabled tools will augment your analyses, and you will collaborate with a multinational, skilled group.

You will work in a hybrid model, engaging in international assignments, and benefit from EY badges, education support, and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
• Motivation and willingness to learn.
• Capable to work within a multinational and multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops for OT operations management and OT service management.
• Help clients establish an OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in manufacturing.
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services and ensure QA support to development and implementation teams.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of new ServiceNow-based solutions.
