EY Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber Solution Architect to lead OT/IoT security transformations in Łódź. You will drive requirements, design workshops and help build OT CMDB, Service Catalogs and risk management capabilities for manufacturing clients.

You will mentor the implementation team, maintain deep platform knowledge and deliver end-to-end configuration, integration and QA support. The role emphasizes collaboration in a multinational, hybrid work setting with AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform and products in industrial OT environments.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps and IRM concepts.
• Capability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops for OT operations and security domains.
• Assist clients in establishing OT CMDB and related Service Catalogs to support processes.
• Provide expert-level guidance and mentoring to the implementation team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration, integrations and QA support for development teams.
• Plan testing, acceptance, remediation cycles and ensure quality.
• Build business cases for senior stakeholders and present findings.
• Contribute to new ServiceNow-based solutions for OT and IoT contexts.
