Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an OT/IoT Security Hub specialist to join the regional Cyber Transformation and Service Management team. You will help clients plan, build, and implement ServiceNow solutions across OT Visibility, CMDB, OT Service Management, SecOps, and OT Risk Management.

You will lead workshops, mentor teams, ensure QA for implementations, and contribute to new platform-based offerings. Willingness to travel and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to work in a multinational, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in OT operations, OT service management, vulnerability and incident response, and OT cyber risk management.
• Help clients establish OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog to support Service Management in manufacturing.
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team.
