Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a skilled OT/IoT Security professional to join our Security Hub in the EMEIA region. You will drive ServiceNow implementations for OT visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, SecOps, and OT Risk Management across manufacturing segments.

You will lead workshops, design and deliver configurations, support testing, and coach the implementation team. EY emphasizes AI-enabled tools and global training, with hybrid working and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with CMDB and other ServiceNow products (ITOM/ITSM/SecOps/IRM).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops for OT operations management and OT service management.
• Help clients establish an OT CMDB and OT Service Catalog for Service Management.
• Provide expert-level support and mentoring to the ServiceNow manufacturing cyber solution team.
