Job summary

Arbex is seeking an Order to Cash Team Leader to drive multi-country OTC operations across LATAM and related markets. The role follows a late-shift schedule 14:30–21:30 and focuses on credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions setup.

About You

In one of our Order to Cash Team Leader roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. You will own multi-country execution of OTC processes including credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions setup. Ensures accurate and timely management of Customer master data, supporting local compliance and financial controls. Leads day-to-day operations with a focus on team performance, process adherence, and issue resolution. Acts as the first point of contact for operational escalations and supports continuous improvement initiatives within GBS framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in OTC operations, preferably in a multi-country role.
• English and Spanish C1
• Strong understanding of credit & collections, cash application, and pricing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and compliance.
