Zusammenfassung

Arbex is seeking a SAP S/4HANA System Expert (Order-to-Cash) for a 21-month fixed-term assignment based in Kraków. You will act as a key liaison between Business, GBS, and DTS, ensuring O2C processes and SAP solutions meet business needs in a global setting.

You will drive SAP S/4HANA deployments, process standardisation, and cross-regional improvements, collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and IT teams. The role is hybrid, with a Kraków office and flexible remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience across Order-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Management.
• Experience supporting SAP projects, ERP transformations, deployments, or system enhancement initiatives.
• Fluent English with excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Driving and supporting global transformation programmes, SAP S/4HANA deployments, and cross-regional process standardisation initiatives.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, Dispute Management, Rebates, and CCM.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritise business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, controls, reporting, and customer experience through process and system enhancements.
• Supporting solution design, SIT, UAT, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong partnerships with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, Internal Controls, and technology teams to deliver sustainable business solutions.

About You

As the SAP S/4HANA System Expert (Order-to-Cash), you will serve as a key liaison between Business, Global Business Services (GBS), and Digital Technology Solutions (DTS), ensuring Order-to-Cash processes and supporting systems effectively meet business requirements. You will play a vital role in driving SAP S/4HANA adoption, process standardisation, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving and supporting global transformation programmes, SAP S/4HANA deployments, and cross-regional process standardisation initiatives
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, Dispute Management, Rebates, and Condition Contract Management (CCM)
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritise business requirements
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, controls, reporting, and customer experience through process and system enhancements
• Supporting solution design, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building strong partnerships with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Credit & Collections, Internal Controls, and technology teams to deliver sustainable business solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience across Order-to-Cash processes within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Management
• Experience supporting SAP projects, ERP transformations, deployments, or system enhancement initiatives
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Experience with Condition Contract Management (CCM), rebate administration, trade promotion, chargebacks, or customer claims processes
• Experience supporting Dispute Management, Credit Management, or Collections processes
• SAP, Agile, Lean, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or Continuous Improvement certifications
