Job summary

Arbex in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a P2P SME & Process Owner to drive process improvements and standardisation across Source-to-Pay. You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, optimise processes, and enhance customer experience while ensuring compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in P2P/S2P, fluency in Spanish and English, and a Finance/Accounting degree. The position offers a hybrid work model in Kraków, with a late shift (14:30–22:30) to support LATAM stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of Procure to Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay process experience.
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support process changes aligned with business plans and strategic initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) area.
• Deliver cost efficiencies through continuous improvement and world-class process management practices.
• Lead projects and process improvements across the P2P landscape while identifying and implementing best practices.
• Act as a technical and compliance expert, supporting testing activities, process walkthroughs, and control execution.
• Build strong relationships with Invoice Processing, Query Management, Procurement Operations, GBS Project Management, Continuous Improvement teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support operational P2P teams in achieving service, performance, and compliance objectives.
• Execute operational process controls and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Drive process standardisation across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
• Support LATAM stakeholders during late shift hours (14:30-22:30)

About You

In one of our P2P SME & Process Owner roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. As a Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence Lead, you will drive process improvements, global standardisation initiatives, and operational excellence across the Source-to-Pay organisation. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance customer experience, strengthen compliance, and deliver sustainable business improvements.

Required Qualifications
