Arbex in Kraków is seeking an Order to Cash Team Leader to drive multi-country OTC processes including credit, collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions. You will ensure data accuracy, lead daily operations, and push for process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 3+ years in OTC, and fluency in English and Spanish. ERP familiarity (SAP) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in OTC operations, preferably multi-country.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Strong understanding of credit & collections, cash application, and pricing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.

About You

In one of our Order to Cash Team Leader roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. You will own multi-country execution of OTC processes including credit & collections, cash application, pricing, and trade promotions setup. Ensures accurate and timely management of Customer master data, supporting local compliance and financial controls. Leads day-to-day operations with a focus on team performance, process adherence, and issue resolution. Acts as the first point of contact for operational escalations and supports continuous improvement initiatives within GBS framework.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in OTC operations, preferably in a multi-country role.
• English and Spanish C1.
• Strong understanding of credit & collections, cash application, and pricing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and compliance.
