Job summary

Mondelez International in Poland seeks a dedicated Order Management/Customer Service & Logistics professional to serve as the main contact for key customers, manage escalations, and drive service level improvements and KPI achievement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L and with customers.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or CPG company.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office.
• Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering productivity, service and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Manage escalations for complaints and disputes and resolve issues.
• Help achieve business objectives by meeting customer service targets.
• Work with order fulfillment team to report KPIs and root-cause analyses.
• Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability and stock metrics.
