Job summary

Eurofins Business Services Poland is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Leader to manage a team supporting one of Eurofins Business Lines. You will oversee end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving improvements in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and Shared Services.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, drive KPIs, standardize processes, and support talent management and succession planning.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 3 years leading teams in SSC/BPO.
Strong Order-to-Cash, Invoicing, Credit Management or AR experience.
Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics knowledge preferred.
Power BI, automation tools or AI-driven process improvements are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Order-to-Cash operations and service delivery (invoicing, order processing, credit management, collections).
Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures and quality standards.
Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead operational and transformation projects.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Europe.
