LAPP Group in Poland is seeking an Order Management / Sales Support specialist to accurately process customer orders in IT systems, ensuring correct pricing and customer data. You will collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve queries and drive process efficiency, while supporting a team of juniors.

The role offers hybrid work, English proficiency at B2 level, and opportunities for professional growth within a global family business.

Formación

• Higher education in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• Experience in sales support/order management and customer service is desirable.
• Good English skills (verbal and written – min B2); other languages optional.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to develop and good communication in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive with ownership and ongoing improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately, complete and timely process customer orders into the company's IT systems.
• Ensure all order details, pricing, customer information and other pieces of information are entered correctly.
• Collaborate and communicate with external customers and internal teams (e.g. sales excellence, local/inside sales, customer support) to clarify order-related queries.
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and/or process activities).
• Utilize IT tools and technology effectively to maximize process efficiency.
• Support Junior Specialists on-the-job including guidance and training.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology projects.
• Initiate and support process improvement initiatives to streamline order-to-cash procedures and increase efficiency.
• Assist in preparing policies and procedures for order-to-cash to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
