Eurofins in Katowice, Poland, seeks an IT Transformation Product and Operations Manager to own a portfolio of internal IT products, bridging business needs with technical delivery teams. You will manage roadmaps, backlogs and releases, coordinating with IT Finance, IT Controlling and international stakeholders.
You will drive improvements in user experience, data quality and adoption, while leading UAT and ensuring effective demand management and project portfolio visibility across the Eurofins
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis in IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with enterprise IT applications, UAT, release coordination and IT financial management.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
Responsabilités
- Own and manage a portfolio of internal IT products and roadmaps across IT domains.
- Coordinate releases, testing and user adoption with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Lead UAT and ensure data quality, reporting requirements and controls.
- Collaborate with IT Finance, IT Controlling and stakeholders to improve IT management processes.
