Qualifications

• Higher education in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales support or order management is desirable.
• Good English skills (verbal and written, min B2).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely into IT systems.
• Ensure correct entry of order details, pricing and customer information.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Address and resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Maintain output quality for the assigned domain.
• Use IT tools effectively to maximize process efficiency.
• Mentor Junior Specialists on-the-job.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and deployment projects.
• Support process improvements to streamline order-to-cash.
