Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of Order to Cash processes and Finance Operations.
• Experience leading multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with process improvement and change management.
• Experience in a global business or shared services environment.
• Strong service-delivery management and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for Order to Cash operations across multiple countries.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate process improvements, standardization initiatives, and best practices across the organization.
• Support transformation and transition activities aligned with SKF's target operating model.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, competency development, and performance management.
• Coordinate implementation of standardized processes, procedures, and templates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
